HAYES & STOLZ LIQUID COATERS: GRAVIMETRIC SYSTEMS

The Hayes & Stolz Auto-Koter™ is a complete coating-blending system that weighs the dry product utilizing a weigh feeder suspended by a load cell. The liquids are weighed by use of a mass flow meter and automatically proportioned to the dry flow rate according to pre-programmed formulas.

The Auto-Koterr is highly accurate to ± 1 % to ±5% of target addition depending on characteristics of dry material and liquid flow required.
