Hayes & Stolz employs knowledgeable, highly qualified technicians that are available to answer your questions and provide technical assistance for installation, start-up and operation of your equipment. Often solutions can be determined with minimal delay through communication by phone, e-mail, or fax. If necessary, a technician can be scheduled and dispatched to your location. Customers can also pre-arrange for a technician to be on-site for technical advice during critical installations and start-ups.

Our Service Technicians are also available to expedite and resolve warranty claims; provide on-site inspection services for PM programs; provide on-site evaluations and recommendations for equipment that may not be performing optimally; or just to discuss issues with the operation of your equipment.
